Batoul Abbasi better known as "Rouhangiz" (different transcriptions are Ruhangiz or Roohangiz) (1904-1984), one of the most famous 20th century female Persian vocalist sings "Ziba" (beautiful in Persian), a Tasnif in Dastgah e Mahour, accompanied by "Iranpour" Orchestra.

Rouhangiz (Roohangiz or Ruhangiz) was born 1904 in Shiraz. She started working as a professional singer in 1928 as she met and married Hossein Sanjari, a student and collaborator of Ostad Ali Naghi Vaziri.

Roohangiz worked with Mr. Vaziri during several years, it said that he chose the name Rouhangiz for her. She became like Ghamar, one of the first singers to work for the newly established National Radio (1940), after she had already recorded several discs.
